FAQ
Exotic Concrete's dry polish system offers
many benefits including;
  • Very limited work area downtime
  • A safe, dust-free atmosphere in your
    facility during the process
  • Environmentally friendly (GREEN
    SPEC listed / LEED potential)
  • Big savings in maintenance
  • Certified High Traction by the NSFI
Exotic Concrete can transform your common,
gray concrete into polished perfection.
We accomplish this  by grinding the slab with
industrial grade diamonds, resins and densifiers
to create a high gloss floor that is rock solid!

Color may also be added in one or more shades
for a more decorative appearance from the use
of stains and/or dyes.

Save money!
Some commercial clients have reported a
reduction of up to up to 30% of their lighting bill
due to the reflective quality of our polished
floors.
During the polishing process an internal
impregnating sealer is applied. The sealer sinks
into the
concrete and is invisible to the naked eye. It not
only protects the concrete from the inside out, it
also hardens the concrete. This eliminates the
need for a topical coating, which reduces
maintenance significantly !

Safety!
Though high gloss concrete appears extremely
slippery, they have proved to be safe by various
conducted "slip tests" performed by the NFSI
(National Floor Safety Institute).
Polished concrete floors are also 100% fire
resistant.

Green!
The concrete polishing process, mechanically
and chemically, minimizes exposure to
hazardous components-and environmental
pollution.
The exceptional durability of your concrete floor
means no demolition or disposal issues that
come with VCT, carpet, wood or even epoxy
floors.
The Polish system is a low-maintenance floor,
with a maintenance regimen that uses no
dangerous chemicals or VOCs.
You get value, safety and beauty in your polished
concrete floor -
and the satisfaction that you're
helping  build a better environment
.
